One of our clinicians will review your request and contact you within 2 working days via call or text to arrange for your prescription to be issued, or to discuss your request further with you if necessary.

Please note that any requests concerning antibiotics or pain medication – including requests to increase the strength of currently prescribed pain medication – cannot be processed online. If you’d like to request antibiotics or pain medication, please book a routine appointment with a clinician.
