Our online consultation service is not available from 6:00 pm on Friday evenings until 8:00 am on Sunday mornings. Please use the service outside these hours only.

How it works:
To request a 5-minute online consultation, please complete the short form below. One of our clinicians will respond within 2 working days.

Please note that a 5-minute consultation is not a routine appointment. This service is designed to deal with simple, straightforward healthcare problems that do not require a full appointment. Each request should be limited to one concern only.

Do not request a BarclayGO consultation if:

• You (or the patient) are under 12 years of age.

• You want to discuss multiple or complex issues.

• You would prefer an in-person appointment.

• You are looking to request antibiotics.

• You (or the patient) are experiencing a medical emergency (for example, a life-threatening illness or accident). In these cases, please call 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
